MANAGEMENT
FCIL is managed by a Board of Directors and Board is headed by the Chairman and Managing Director. Board of Directors frames policies, directs the various activities of the company and undertakes any other activities for growth of the company.

Chairman and Managing Director is the Chief Executive of the organisation with responsibilities for general conduct, supervision and management of day to day business of the company.

Principal Executives oversee the various functions of the management and assist the Chairman and Managing Director. Most of the employees having been left through VSS, only hand full of employees are on role to look after the assets of the company.
